President and Financial Advisor¹

The founder of Jones & Co Wealth Strategies, a multi-cultural wealth strategies company based in Atlanta, Emanuel is a champion for financial empowerment and literacy for each personal finance client and the professional organization he serves. Proficient in financial planning¹, retirement planning, investments, and insurance, his goal is to help them secure the best financial legacy.

Based on the pillars of integrity, humanity, and financial strength, Emanuel was recognized by New York Life, one of the largest life insurance companies in the United States, as GO’s Top in Class, and named its New Org Agent of the Year 2022. He is a 2021 AAMU RISE Campaign Platinum Award qualifier, as well as a 2020 AAMU Black Excellence Campaign Gold Award winner.

Emanuel is an MBA graduate of Emory’s Goizueta School of business and The Johns Hopkins University. Emanuel is a Fiduciary & holds his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 licenses. His specialty is working with small businesses, first-generation high earners, entrepreneurs, & corporate employees. 

In his free time, Emanuel enjoys traveling, hosting friends and family, and keeping an active lifestyle. He loves his community. Whether it’s volunteering at his mother’s school or supporting local entrepreneurs and small businesses as they open stores and restaurants in surrounding areas, he will always be in support of those around him. As a self-proclaimed amateur foodie, Emanuel will be the first to suggest meetings over a good meal vs the office when possible.

Jay’Ana Smith is an Executive Financial Assistant based in Atlanta GA. Her journey has been shaped by a passion and a commitment to provide opportunities that make a difference in the future lives of our clients.

With several years of experience in business including real estate, nursing, and finance, Jay’Ana has had the privilege of assisting and being the background in taking companies to reaching their goals and providing positive experiences for our clients and colleagues. Her skill set includes Customer Service, Active Listening and Problem Solving, allowing her to provide an unforgetting experience for each individual client. She thrives in situations that may feel overwhelming to others and is always eager to embrace new challenges.

Outside of work, Jay’Ana is passionate about giving back to the community through acts of service. Whether it's volunteering at a soup kitchen or helping an elderly person with their groceries, these pursuits not only bring her joy but also provide a sense of gratefulness in her own personal life. She believes in 'One hand Washes the Other'. Integrity, and compassion and creativity, are at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally.

Jesse Mills empowers businesses to brand brilliantly. The founder of Brand Vista, a multicultural social media and experimental branding agency headquartered in Atlanta, Jesse prides himself on being a value-added partner in the branding process. Skilled in corporate communications and marketing strategy, with a specialization in social media, he is an entrepreneur, speaker, teacher, and fashion/lifestyle influencer.

A veteran brand manager, Jesse has a documented history of delivering results for global retail, hospitality and a niche for the legal and medical industries. Whether guiding clients to make millions of dollars or generating millions of social media impressions, he counsels them to be bold, specific, and clear in crafting and communicating their brand image.

Jesse’s experience includes managing campaigns for some of the nation’s leading brand identities, Belvedere; STK Steakhouse; Morgan & Morgan Attorneys; W Hotels; Heineken; Southern Company utility; Complex culture and style publication; as well as fashion labels and boutiques. He has built a career by identifying market trends that drive and develop key brand performances, while researching industry-specific best practices. Selecting quality clients that value authenticity, he communicates their value as these brands consistently deliver, reinforcing the positive brand-image messages.

Jesse is also a dedicated mentor to emerging marketing professionals, teaching masterclasses, speaking to youth and other motivational-minded groups, and hosting quarterly seminars to empower others to succeed. A native of Columbia, Maryland, he earned a marketing degree from Clark Atlanta University.

With a broad understanding of the financial services industry and the unique needs of clients, she takes a holistic approach to financial planning and enjoys the challenge of putting together all the pieces to see the full picture.
